Have had a TGDA gate since 2017. Not disappointed with the gate despite minor issues with it but very disappointed with how we were treated recently regarding confusion over a late payment of a servicing invoice. There were way better and more respectful ways to deal with it than the one TGDA chose.
Here for 5 minutes couldn't wait to leave, they are expensive and we will look for another provider.
Impeccable customer service and site works, including attention to detail and top grade materials. Wouldn't go anywhere else. T
