I called them yesterday evening, not expecting a call back until the next day. They called me the same evening and had someone out to fix my garage door the next morning. The price was very reasonable. I will use them again and refer to others. Thank You.
From reading all the great reviews on google and Facebook, I would have loved to use O'Connor to replace my garage door but when I called in to make an appointment to have someone come over and give me an estimate, I was told that they only make appointments until 3:30 PM. I work until 3:30 PM everyday. The lady on the phone unfortunately wasn't able to do anything to help me....so I would need to find another company that has longer hours. What I liked most about this business is how open and honest they were right from the initial phone call. They were the least expensive of 6 estimates I obtained and I wanted to make sure they knew our door issue before having them come out. The technician arrived promptly and fixed our door in no time.
