Charged my elderly mother $2750 for 70’ of gutters and two down spouts ($38 per foot) in 2021. Just got a qoute for 193’ of gutters and 6 down spouts, for $2900 ($15 a foot). Cost of gutters and labor have gone up in the past 5 years, not down. $38 a foot versus $15 a foot. You be the judge! In addition, we also had some foundation work done and a roof repair.
