Each class is 45-50 minute interval training sessions consisting of several rounds of punches and kicks on a 130 lb heavy bag, finishing with intense core-strengthening exercises. These classes use the same principles professional fighters use to get in the best shape of their lives. An average class can burn up to 1000 calories.
