I joined the TFK family in July 2024 and haven't looked back. I was nervous to go because I was afraid of being judged on form, fitness level and just being able to do some of the workouts. None of that matters here, everyone goes at their own pace and level. The instructors are excellent and each throws their own spin on the classes they teach so each class is something different. If you are looking for a fun, challenging, and unique workout, check out Total Fitness Kickboxing! Strength, cardio, mobility, and agility rolled into one workout. And there's nothing quite like punching and kicking a heavy bag to get some stress relief! Very reasonably priced with enough available class times to be convenient for many schedules. Highly recommend.
Love this gym! I’ve been a member here since 2021 and it has consistently been one of the most enjoyable and most effective workouts I’ve ever experienced. The coaches are fun, engaging, and always bringing new content to keep class interesting and keep your body transforming. Thursday night club nights and Saturday morning sessions are a must! Definitely give this total body workout a shot if you haven’t yet!
My daughter and I did our first free class today and it didn’t disappoint. V was our instructor and she was amazing. She broke down the steps and made it easy to learn. The best part was she made it intense but fun. The fastest 45 minutes of my life. We left with memberships today because it was exactly what we wanted! Thanks V!!
