I am very happy with the new format. I love having many choices at my fingertips and whenever I want them. I have tried other classes since the video format was launched which is something I had not done previously. There have been a few glitches with the new platform, but all have been resolved quickly to my satisfaction. All in all I LOVE IT!
So very grateful for Anita & her team who provide a variety of excellent and challenging exercise options through their videos. We purchased the full option access and benefit greatly from using the videos as part of our wellness routine to “keep moving” as we age. Highly recommend !
I was hesitant to subscribe to the video platform of Total Fitness for Life. I had participated with Total Fitness for years and loved it. However, I have found several benefits to the video platform and knowing how excellent the facilitators are, I am grateful I have subscribed. I can start my day with my choice of either classic, weights and balance, Zumba, yoga or more. I am energized to move on to other things. Grateful that this is available to me. Try it and you will love it.
The best exercise program. I have been with it for about 5 yrs & will continue as long as I am able. Can pick my time & days, though I do miss seeing everyone, but it is the best alternative.
