If you're thinking about joining this gym, do yourself a favor and DON'T. It is filthy and dirty. I've been a member there for 18 years and they are the same machines from then. I stayed this long because I'm a creature of habit. The owners are rude and unfriendly people. They act as if you're doing them a favor by being there. The wife is harassing me for over a year on a weekly basis, that I was "pounding" too hard while running on the treadmill and that it was giving her client whom she was training a headache...she actua... read more

I have been going to Total Fitness for many years and find the people who work there from the valet to the owners - Dave and Nadine to be friendly, professional and helpful in training. Working with or without a trainer is as pleasant as can be in this atmosphere. I have also taken many classes and they are great.

I take many of the various classes at Total Fitness and find the instructors to be very professional and attentive. The overall gym has a very friendly attitude that is personified by the staff and many of the patrons. I would recommend the gym to anyone!
