I had 4 sessions to help with tennis elbow on both arms. Evans explained the treatment and how it would impact my issues. I received a comprehensive exercise plan, with video tutorial. I am now virtually pain free and confident if I maintain my exercises my issues will stay away. Thanks to Total Fit Therapy and Evans for your help. I highly recommend you give Total Fit Therapy, 5 star service, professional, personable and definitely value for money.

I’d absolutely recommend to anyone seeking physio or sports massage therapy. Evans always listens to my concerns and creates personalised treatment plans, answering any questions I have in detail, showing the knowledge and passion he has for his work. I always feel better after attending my appointment.
Great place for sports massage! Evans really knows how to apply proper deep pressure and leaves you feeling like you’ve had a treatment worth every penny. I’m sure he also offers a gentler option for those who prefer something softer. I’ve also had shockwave therapy on my shoulder with him before when I had an issue, and it worked brilliantly. Evans is a great guy, clearly knows his stuff, and I’ve been back many times – I’ll definitely keep coming again and again!!
I've been going to the gym alot and the work I do is very manual and moving heavy objects. I got recommended to go see a sports therapist by someone at the gym. So I looked online and came across Total Fit Therapy. Local, convenient and good reviews. On arrival I was met by Michal who was very polite and professional.
