Very Nice modern set up. They're very welcoming. Therapy was 10/10. I can feel the change in my body motion just instant. Was booked with Nicole. She is very understanding and lovely ❤️ definitely recommend 👌
Great place for sports massage! Evans really knows how to apply proper deep pressure and leaves you feeling like you’ve had a treatment worth every penny. I’m sure he also offers a gentler option for those who prefer something softer. I’ve also had shockwave therapy on my shoulder with him before when I had an issue, and it worked brilliantly. Evans is a great guy, clearly knows his stuff, and I’ve been back many times – I’ll definitely keep coming again and again!!
I've been going to the gym alot and the work I do is very manual and moving heavy objects. I got recommended to go see a sports therapist by someone at the gym. I recently received treatment that was incredibly beneficial for my pain management. The care I received was top-notch, and I saw significant improvements in my condition. The team was professional, compassionate, and truly invested in my well-being. I'd highly recommend this treatment to anyone struggling with pain management.
I recently visited Total Fit Therapy, where Michal saw me on short notice. I was experiencing pain following an RTA which caused soft tissue damage. My therapist took time to have a detailed consultation, and then treated me with a deep tissue massage and shockwave therapy. She also gave me aftercare advice. I had a great experience and will definitely be returning!
