I Looooooeve Strong Roots. I used to hate working out until I got to SR and now i honestly can’t wait to get to class. There are weeks where I go five times a week because I love it so much. They made an over 300lb woman love exercising and I’ve lost 83 lbs in just over a year. I have joined a community there and have even encouraged my teenager to join. This is the absolute best gym! I cannot stress how nice and supportive everyone is! The classes and teachers are all fantastic and whole atmosphere is just fun and laid back!

In my time here, i would often drop in for classes to find the owner closed early. I also won a $1000 weight loss prize through one of their programs! amazing right? especially since i paid to participate in it. Owner refuses to pay or really have any contact me. When you call the studio or message the owner she's always conveniently unavailable . Then, on FB you can publicly see them traveling and living it up. I won this prize in Jan 2020!
