I can not figure out who could have ever rated John and his business with anything other than a 5. Perhaps this person had some awful things going on in their life and just had to lash out at someone. John is the essence of integrity. He is caring and compassionate and runs his business with that core value of integrity. So sorry for that person and the life they must be living. I know John must have had a large measure of grace in dealing with you.
