Doctor was very though, a little quirky but great doctor. Went over everything he was doing and made custom glasses better than I ever had. Only real complaint is small selection of frames.
Terrible service!!!! I have NEVER been more disgusted with a eye care establishment. Complete lack of care or concern for customer service or my business. The only reason I am giving them one star is so the rating will show up, they do not deserve one star.
The worse exam experience I've ever had! This "doctor" was recommended by my insurance since my regular doctor was completely booked and I need an exam asap for contacts. The whole time she was giving me the eye exam she was bashing my regular eye doctor! I should've known right then I needed to leave because if anyone has to bash another doctor for absolutely no reason there's an issue with you! This place is totally overpriced!!! Paid 700.00 for a pair of glasses that broke a year later. They charged me 75.00 to replace a hinge. They are only open on certain days . I guess at these prices you can work three days a week. Picked up the glasses and the girl at the counter handed them to me . They were never adjusted from the beginning . Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
The people at Total Family Vision were so helpful and curtious. They were very patient when my 13 and 10 year old were looking at every pair of glasses in the store. They were very knowledgable on knowing what my insurance covered. Would definetely go back.
