Shanika Francis, Whoever you are, your behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Calling the office demanding patient information while disregarding the established process for obtaining parental consent is unacceptable. The rules and procedures are in place for a reason and must be followed. No one is going to be able to assist you if you continue speaking to staff in that manner. Please take the time to understand and respect the proper procedures before contacting the office again. Thank you.

The women’s group at Total Family Solutions with Patricia, Erin and Carrie Ann was an uplifting experience. Because it was in-person, it provided a safe, compassionate, and confidential space for women to share openly about life’s challenges. Let me start off by giving this provider a Negative -0 star⭐️ When I met Shanika for the first time, I knew right from the start it would be my last time seeing her! I felt like she wasn't willing to listen to me. I told her about past medications that have given me side effects and I specifically said I won't take any antipsychotics or antidepressants until I do a cheek swap test that checks how my DNA will react to certain meds!!
