Very rude & does very little to help resolve the patient problems & keeps them coming back to charge more money. Not healing just managing. What happened to the genuine people in medicine who really truly cared & wanted to cure the patient. Greed.
Your hours are wrong. Bad advertising looks to me trying to get more patients by posting those hours then get them in and they find out. There's no better doctor in Idaho Falls. I am a Little Person. To her staff...I did NOT REFUSE TRANSPORTATION. After 2 years of being told I'd be accommodated and never was. And early that morning reading online a Dodge Caravan was coming and not a car. Hours are incorrect
Dr. Johnson is absolutely wonderful in every way! Her staff is just as great I honestly get excited to go see them! They're incredibly nice and really care. Dr Johnson is one of the smartest and caring doctors I've ever had. I trust her with everything- she is very thoughtful and never rushes appointments. She's truly wonderful in every way. I'm so grateful for their office.
