Have been a patient of Dr. Jakob for years. Really like that she listens and doesn't push unnecessary pills etc. on you if there is another way to treat the problem. They work really hard at being on time with their patients too.
We selected this office as a new doctor for my daughter. She had an appointment today at 3pm. She signed in and had a seat. At 4pm I walked up to the front office and asked if there was new patient paperwork she could fill out (remember this is after waiting patiently for an hour). The receptionist tells me my daughter never checked in. Then they found the check in sheet and she had put her name on the wrong line.
