Charged me nearly $200 through Boone Hospital without asking or checking with me first and now will do nothing about it. The head of the billing department, Crystal, was particularly rude and unhelpful, repeatedly saying "ma'am" over me while I was speaking and generally showing no understanding of the fact that they were charging me without my consent or approval. NEVER GO HERE. I love the doctors, but the billing staff is horrific, you will be screwed completely if they ever mess anything up
Dr Burdin, & nurse Julie are extremely professional, pleasant, take time to listen & are very timely in returning phone calls & questions.
