Had an appointment with them at the beginning of January 31st. My appointment was for at 8:45 I was not pulled back until almost 11:00. Still have not received my glasses. I called them in the middle of February asking where they were they said that there was an issue with the lab. I called again today and my glasses still are not in. I will never use this office ever again. This is completely ridiculous and unacceptable.
Love both of these doctors! Dr. McDonald saw both of my young girls today and he is excellent with children! Both had a wonderful experience!
Dr. McDonald is fantastic! He made me feel like I was more than just a patient. It was my first time at Total Eye Care but Dr. McDonald made me feel like I’ve been his patient for years.
