They make things very easy for the customer. All in 1, seamless optical service.
A few months ago, based on recommendations, my husband and brother bought glasses from this clinic. While the reception staff were polite, the quality of the glasses was very poor. The arm of my husband’s glasses fell off while he was wearing them. Instead of replacing them, the staff glued the frame and charged $50. This problem has happened multiple times since. Other optical shops were surprised we were charged for such a repair, which is usually free. Very disappointed and do not recommend this place for buying glasses.
I had a pleasure to be visited by dr Hassani, who did such a great examination and counseling. I’m really happy that he is working here and we can confidently trust his expertise.
