I went to this clinic today because my 5-year-old son came home from school with a red eye and a red spot in it. I was really worried and just wanted the doctor to take a quick look to make sure it wasn’t something serious. The two ladies at the front desk showed no concern, even when I explained that it might be urgent. They just said we need an appointment and refused to help. After that, I went to two other clinics.
