When I called they answered the phone!!! She explained the process and asked if I would like to have them come out today. I was very grateful they could. They showed up early but called and asked it it would be ok. That was Saturday....today is Sunday and no more yellow jackets. Makes me happy that there are still businesses who believe in good customer service. Gene B.
