I tried to contact them and filled out their contact information section and no one has responded since. It’s been about 3 weeks. I guess they don’t want our business.

Absolutely terrible. The paint job on my home is not complete, yet this company keeps telling the home builder they have finished it and the job was "professional." You have also told the builder the uneven paint will "blend" over time. What planet do you live on? The planet of magically blending paint?
