I usually don’t write long reviews, but after thinking about how much money I’ve spent just for my basement to end up looking almost the same as when I started, I felt I had to share my experience. I know my single negative review might not carry much weight, but I wanted to let others know before it’s removed, in case anyone else is considering their services. The team from Black Castle were great. Estimate was appropriate, and they did a fantastic job. They also were able to come earlier than planned, so I really appreciated their customer service and flexibility (& friendly nature!)
I hired Black Castle to remove an old and mossy deck and replace it, stain and finish, at my house in Syracuse NY. They also did a laundry list of other things as they have expertise in what seems to be everything! Andrew gave me confidence in their expertise and Brandon, Ryan and the rest of the crew followed through with serious excellence!!!
