I take Stephanie's FUNctional Movement class at the Inviting Wellness Center in West Grove on Mondays and Fridays! This class is my favorite hour of the week ! We work on strength, flexibility, and mobility through core exercise and laugh the whole time! Anyone can do this because of the modifications! Best decision I have made for myself!
