Our condo building had TES as our mechanical contractor several years ago. We moved on from them. Our strata council's main concerns were: -their quotes for building plumbing work (like installing pump valves, pipe leaks, etc) was sometimes 2x to 3x market rates -on services calls where 1 technician was needed, they would send 2 so double the charge and they would arrive right at the end of the day and then charge us overtime rates Anyways, unless they have cleaned up their act we do not recommend.

To come out to do a simple shut of a system. Charged 3 hours plus truck and fuel charge of 800 dollars.
TES is our new PM and Mechanical contractor and so far, has treated us very well and been very responsive to the varying call outs we have made to them at all hours of the day and night.
