Chris at Total Eclipse Inspections was a pleasure to work with. He was able to come out on a Sunday with little notice. He was very thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. He spent about 3 1/2 hours going over every aspect of my house and answered all my questions. His price was very reasonable and his report was easy to read and full of photos. He printed the report on the spot and also emailed me a copy. He also gave my home a free home energy score! I would most definitely use him again and will recommend him to others.
