Please 🙏 don't go this site before ur appointment time .They started half hour after ur appointment. I Checked ✔️ in 6.30pm for 9.30pm Appointment . They said drop ur trailer in Staging area from where shunter driver 🚛 will pick trailer and will drop in front of office.Then they will call u that ur trailer is ready pls come in and sign ppw. I got a call 12.30am.Almost finished my HOS by staying in parking. Big thing ur Trailer should be clean no holes 🕳️ should be in good condition otherwise they can reject u after 5 hour... read more
Drop trailer at the staging area and wait for a call of either loaded or rejected.Trailer must be super clean.easy to follow instructions. Clean restroom.
Awful as it could be. Wasting of drivers time. Drop trailer on staging area, then wait forever. While 16 doors of 20 are open. One of the worst shippers.
They are excellent at what they do: you arrive, check in, drop your trailer at the assigned spot, and they come, pick it up, unload it, and bring it back to you—all by appointment.
