Awful as it could be. Wasting of drivers time. Drop trailer on staging area, then wait forever. While 16 doors of 20 are open. One of the worst shippers.
They are excellent at what they do: you arrive, check in, drop your trailer at the assigned spot, and they come, pick it up, unload it, and bring it back to you—all by appointment.
Nice and clean place, the only problem is waiting, 4-5 hours and up very normal, I think workers here works on low battery, so it’s better to switch them to gas engine 😊 So drivers be ready for long term waiting
Check in at the office , drop the trailer at drop lot , it takes minimum 2hrs to load and get your trailer back.
