They stained our hardwood floors. This project was supposed to take 2 weeks. It took 8 weeks. Keith, the project manager, did not return calls or texts. Excuses given were out of town, personal reasons, staff quit, ect.. Then, when given the opportunity to address these failures they didn't even apologize. The statement was sorry you feel that way.
