Excellent group. Dr Stephanie Carstens has been a lifesaver. Her clinical expertise and insights are on point. I would recommend her to anyone. The entire practice is very patient focused and great to work with.
Incredible Service, Dr & Staff. Dr Carstens is incredible. So personable. Explains everything she will do in a procedure to make you comfortable. I've come here several times & again, from walk in to sign out, 30 minutes yet Dr Carstens spent 20 of those minutes with me. If you want a Dermatologist that cares, She's your Dr. She will not do unnecessary treatments or procedures, but she takes care of the problems. I truly adore Dr Carstens!!! I scheduled an appointment for a very specific issue, which I clearly explained when booking. After waiting longer in the waiting room than I spent with the PA, I was told—within 5 minutes—that they don’t even treat my condition. No exam was done, I wasn’t asked to remove any clothing, and no evaluation actually took place. I was simply referred elsewhere. Emily, the PA, had excellent bedside manner. She was very receptive to my concerns and communicated everything we went over very clearly. Her professionalism made the already awkward experience of a full body exam feel significantly less intrusive. 10/10 would recommend being seen here.
