I just moved to Jacksonville and needed a dermatologist ASAP for severe skin issues that are affecting my day to day life. I called to schedule my first appointment, which they confirmed my insurance and said I was good to go. I was seen twice by a doctor by the name of Emily, she was so nice, caring and helpful and I was excited I had a doctor that cared since I had been struggling for so long. The $40 rosacea treatment caused a chemical burn all over my face. When I called to ask what to do about it, the first two receptionists immediately told me the doctor wasn't available and to try again another time. I did not ask to speak to the doctor, I only asked to find out how to treat the allergic reaction. A third receptionist suggested I stop use of the cream. Obviously.
