Dr. Carstens is a kind, welcoming, and compassionate physician. I have been seeing her for several years and have always felt comfortable during my exams. She takes the time to answer all my questions and makes me feel at ease. Her assistant, Naja, is also very friendly and welcoming. I appreciate the excellent care and positive experience I have every time I visit.
Horrible experience. Dr Carstens can't be bothered to follow up with her patient after the medication prescribed failed to yield any positive results. In addition, a letter that was much needed to accommodate my work-life balance wasn't drafted despite requesting it weeks in advance. I never got to speak to her over the phone, not even for a quick status update, or via email. The staff always told me that Dr. Carstens doesn't want to see me until 6 weeks have elapsed.
