Efficiency when dealing with customers Also, Polite and courteous
I was not happy with the cleaning I had. The assistant was to come in and polish then floss after the dentist cleaned the teeth. The assistant seemed to be in a hurry, she did not do my back molar, when I questioned her she said she had, but I know she did not. Then she was done and never did do the flossing. I normally have the hygienist who does a very good job, and I will never again have a cleaning if she is not available.
