Overall bad experience. Ordered for the first time from them because of their good prices. Received nothing for a couple of weeks. Had to contact them by email and phone for update. They said they were unable to ship to my location. Fair enough. I ask for a refund. It is now 2 months after my order, they don t return email or phone call regarding the refund.
