Where do I start here...after 6 years of coming here, they finally lost by business. From insurance claim fraud to extremely poor service, DO NOT RECOMMEND! They used to have great staff (never the actual Dr. Davis, he doesn't actually work consistently or at all), but after a year ago the dentists were inconsistent in presence and in agreement on action and recommendations. I finally switched to another dentist who has had to fix a lot of the mistakes Davis dental did over the years and I'm still dealing with refund and ins... read more
I always appreciate the professionalism shown at Total Dental. The front staff are friendly and helpful re: insurance questions, and the hygienists and doctors knowledgeable and efficient about their work. Bre and Dahlia, thank you!
While I have always received great dental care from the hygienists and dentists, the front office staff leave a lot to be desired. I and two other people I know have come for an appointment only to be told they cancelled it without notifying us, even though we had received confirmations by text and email. When I asked why they didn't call me, they said they did, but received a busy signal and gave up. I was a 1st time patient as of yesterday! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! They Got me in a chair almost immediately & And my teeth have never felt better! Davis Dental Studio Will definitely be my new dentistry!
The staff is amazing and super nice!
