Don't go here! This dentist office is horrible! They charged me $20 more than they said my appointment would be. They told me that I had a cavity under my filling and that I would have to get a crown on my tooth. It was going to be over $900. I went and got a second opinion and the only thing that was wrong was my gum is receding and was causing sensitivity to my tooth. Total Dental Care is the complete package when it comes to family dentistry! I have been taking my son since he was barely three and everyone from the office staff to the hygienists to the dentists make us feel right at home. The kids play area is a nice, clean, and kid friendly place to play while you wait. Although, we usually have to play after his appointment because we've never waited for more than a few minutes! We love Total Dental Care! Dr. Harper, Dr. George and the entire staff is so helpful and caring. My children love the chalk wall, play area and no cavities club. Such a kid friendly office! Everyone is so helpful! I've seen both doctors and feel comfortable with both of them! I recommend them to all my family and friends!
Total Dental Rocks!! The word total sums them up!! Our children LOVE going to see Dr. Chris and Dr Aaron!! They have a terrific waiting room for children with a chalk wall, puzzles, games and a TV set on children's shows! They even have a No Cavity Tree for the kids and a treasure chest with prizes!!! I made an appointment with total dental care based on the family friendly advertisement, but they are not or rather the dentist is not child friendly. I was asked to leave because my child was crying and disrupting the atmosphere. Do not take your children here.
Dr. Harper's practice is top-of-the-line in the dentistry world. The staff is friendly and Dr. Harper is too. Dr. Harper stays on time with his appointments while giving you, the patient, ample time to explain concerns and not feel rushed. The equipment used is new technology. Dr. Harper will find things before you even knew they were a problem. The office staff is very knowledgable. Total Dental Care in Guntersville is highly recommended
