I called into Total Defense for what appeared to be some software that was a scam trying to get us to click link to scan for a trojan virus. As I felt it was not legit and I have Total Defense for this I contacted them. I worked with Aaron from Total Defense. I allowed him to have access to my laptop and he investigated the issue. He then wound up re-installing the Total Defense software and ran scan which found a threat. He wound up checking it and then removed it. Also told me to remove a few Apps that were questionable. The Total Defense representative Carlos was very knowledgeable, helpful and very pleasant. I greatly appreciate his assistant. The Total Defense product is also very good. I have been using it for several years and I'm very happy with it.
