There is only one sauna that works well the others are horrible. Had to literally create a cape around me and it took about 20 minutes to even work up a little sweat. I had to seal off the open cracks in the door. Brought both my phone and water bottle in with me and the water was cool/room temp the entire session. As a 41 year old fitness enthusiast you can't over emphasize recovery enough. Thrive 365 keeps me in the game with cold therapy, sauna, red light, cupping and more. The staff is great and I genuinely enjoy myself when I'm there.
I tried it for the first and last time. Firstly, I couldn't find this place quickly and it's very difficult to park there in the evening. Because of this, I was 8 minutes late for my session. My appointment was at 6, and my husband's at 6.30 . When my session ended, my husband was denied service . They said it was very late and he had to re-register. Very busy place and hard to find parking around. I was refused service because the previous client finished his session late. Will never go back again
