I have worked with Bob for many years and he has never let me down!! I have worked at many different facilities and it seems everyone knows him!!! I have had splints, prosthesis, and orthotics ordered through Total Contact Orthotics and the process has always been smooth and a breeze. Thank you for all you do!
A rep came to where I live and took impressions for a pair of custom shoes back in November 2024. Since that time I have called trying to check on my order and have been told to give them my phone number and they will call me back on 3 separate occasions but no one has ever called back to let me know where the order is or followed up with me on it. Bad customer service, no follow up on order.
