I have been going here for a long time and have been happy except for laying my hair which I didn't ask for. This last time was awful. I ended up with green hair. I love my stylist but she really messed up this time. Sue has promised me a refund which I haven't seen. I have it on recording where she would do so. I'm soooo disappointed in this shop and owner and my stylist.
