I do not recommend using this agency. Total Concept Home Health Agency is an unprofessional company with poor ethics. Also, the management is unconcerned about its clients' well-being. Not only will this company leave a client unattended for weeks, but the caregiver they finally sent to my home had a long criminal history. She stole personal items from my home. I reported the theft to Total Concept; however, no interest was shown in rectifying the theft.
