Owner came to our home to fix a laptop and within an hour, we were back online. Very personable, very knowledgeable, very impressed. Would recommend him in a minute.
This is a great company to entrust your computer problems to. Prompt courteous service, they pick up and deliver your machine right from your home. Prompt professional service at a very fair price. Highly recommend them.
I would never go to this place again. Took my computer in to get an estimate took over a month and still didn't call me back when in to pick my computer up and he tried to give it to me in pieces. So I ask Tim to put it back the way it was when I brought it to him and he couldn't find the parts for it had it in pieces took me 45 minutes to wait for me to find the pieces to put my computer back the way it was when I brought it to him would never go here again
I highly recommend Total Computer Support. Well worth the drive from the west side. They helped recover accidentally deleted files for under a hundred. Another quote from a separate company was in the seven hundred range. Many thanks for providing excellent work at an honest price.
We have used Total Computer Support for four years now and never have been disappointed in there service. They are here when we need them and are able to make all of the repairs in a timely fashion. Our agency now uses them for all of our home computers and have recommened them to several other business.

Every time i call i get serviced that day, and no matter what the problem John works untill it is fixed. I dont know what happend with the other person that made a review but my experiences with toatal computer support have been fantastic. High quality service & support!!!
You can and do deserve better service! Proprietor - Eric Wilson promises big on technical performance and then back slides with facts and delivery. First it was the holiday shortages and premium prices needed for a new hard drive (I even called him from Micro Center in front of an aisle full of $54.99 160GB hard drives to offer to bring him one). Then it was missed delivery dates and inability to transfer programs and finally after 2 weeks delivered a computer with only a fragment of the original data and it still hangs up��... read more
