I took a drug test for Amazon I knew there would be a question on my meds showing up so I expected a call from them. They called me at 6:48 am. I realize they are in Florida and in a different time zone but they need to be more aware of what time zone people are in as to not wake up people up. nobody has tried to contact me regarding my drug test results after I've reached out to them the last 2 days(because I was under the impression they would contact me if something were wrong) so I can find out what is going on so now I'm probably gonna be deemed non- negative by the company I was applying for (amazon) and have to wait 120 days to reapply ridiculous if you ask me
TCN could improve by doing their job! That's not only administering tests, but also releasing the results, evaluation of the results after prescription submissions, communicate and receive communication. This place is a joke and so is amazon for contracting quacks. I don't know how they can remain in a medical service market with such lazy and unresponsive business practices. I was just let go from a new job at the Amazon warehouse in Kent, Wa. I had a drug test reported positive to them by Total Compliance Network due to me not responding to them personally to prove my prescriptions were legitimate. I was never ever contacted by them to begin with. I left several voicemails and emails with attachments of my prescriptions for Narcolepsy which are stimulants, practically begging for a response from them which I never received. I have issue with this MRO is that their doctor hung up on me after I started asking who and by what means they contacted me. When in fact no one contacted me. To be 100000% accurate, the only way I got any information was only after I got Amazon (three chat sessions and two several hour long phone calls) did Amazon then produce any results. Dated the 8th. Hi there, Is this the MRO for drug testing for Amazon ? If so, I have a complaint. I m actually disabled with spinal bifida. So there are some medications that came up on my drug test. They asked me for a prove of medication that I m taking. And they only asked for 1 medication prove and since I m on dialysis, I had my social worker at dialysis fax them the prove and a letter stating why I take them medicine for. The company I work for, Dirty Deeds Cleaning Services, is a customer of Total Compliance Network. I spoke with Stacy at TCN yesterday about a request we had placed. She was pleasant and helpful. I assumed our communications were done yesterday but she called today to let me know that our documents had been emailed to us. I felt this was above and beyond customer service and you don't see that much these days.
telling people to "get off the list" means they have a proven live number, and WILL sell your info so you are NEVER off "the" list.
