Outstanding service above and beyond the call of duty. I had an extremely pesky problem with my HVAC compressor (a parts issue from the manufacturer) that they worked through and solved, even though I know it cost them additional time and money. An HVAC contractor I had been using for years said I needed a new HVAC unit to the tune of $4000. 00. I contacted TCS for a second opinion. They came and repaired the unit fof &285.00 and it has been running fine for the last 5 years.
We had TCS install gas logs. We noticed gas smell coming from the logs. I called Eric with our concerns and he sent his crew out for inspection. Thinking the install was the problem but it was the manufacture. They found the a leak from the loose fitting from the regulator. Very professional and very knowledgeable. We would TCS for any issues !!! You can trust them.
