Business sold..but gonna give them a chance
I have used Total Comfort Systems 3 times for HVAC installation and repair at my home and attached business. I give them a FIVE STAR rating. Great communication with their office, top notch service technicians, and long lasting parts and repair. Be prepared sometimes for then not to show up exactly on time as they are very busy and also handle emergency last minute service. Well worth the wait. My husband and I just bought a home the end of May and we got a home warranty through American Home Shield.....well our AC system isn't working properly. This company was assigned to the job and we never heard from them....when I called the man that answered was very rude and not only that he will not answer call from AHS or return calls. If you don't contract work from them....fine but at least be nice. We are sitting in our living room sweating and paying $400 electric bills!! We had a problem with the split we purchased 9 months ago and Jeff took the call and Randall was able to respond the same day and fix! We really appreciate the service!
