The technician was thorough, and spent a lot of time making sure it was working good.

He actually found out why our AC wasn’t working, came prepared with all the right tools, and explained everything step by step in a way we could all understand. Very professional a fair in pricing my unit is 25 years old and we bought the house 2 years ago and the unit was never taking care off. Klein disassembled the unit and cleaned everything inside. Fan, coils and redesigned the fan so it would run more efficiently. He clean the outside unit and washed and removed all the debris from inside of the unit. Took about 4 hours and installed a new thermostat. The ac went from 9% to 17 % efficiency and it’s colder in the house.
Technicians were competent, efficient, and professional. Work results were outstanding.
