My a/c unit went out in the evening, and TCS managed to get me onto the schedule the very next day. Angel explained the problem, and everything was repaired within one hour. Excellent and competent service. Update: Now, my furnace started acting up. The technician from Total Comfort Solutions diagnosed and repaired the problem without issue. He was knowledgeable and offered clear explanations of the problem. Excellent service
We had our heater repaired over the winter. The Technician that came repaired the unit also cleaned it out, replaced the filter and verified it was safe. Made my family stay warm and gave us peace of mind without charging us an arm and a leg.
Luis, Josh and Angel were on time and were professional in all aspects of my installation. Work was top notch and I’m very pleased with their service and my new cooling system.
