Kevin did a great job installing my air handler about six years ago, and I was initially very happy with his work. However, when a leak developed, things took a turn. He came out in the fall to inspect it and mentioned he’d ordered the necessary part—but after that, he became completely unresponsive. Despite multiple attempts to reach him by phone, email, and text, I never received a reply. Eventually, I had to give up and hire another company, who came promptly and resolved the issue without any hassle.

I had a Mitsubishi heat pump & heat pump water heater installed last year by Kevin. I had issues with getting my CleanHeat RI heat pump rebate approved because even though his company was listed as an approved installer on the RI Energy approved contractor list there was some paperwork or licensing that had to be updated before I could be approved. Total Comfort just completed installation of a new boiler and Heat Pump Hot Water Heater at my house. Kevin explained the various options for my house and what he would install if it was his own house he genuinely cares. Installation was delayed due to availability of parts from the distributor (no surprise there supply chain issue) Kevin was in communication thru the whole process and assured me that it would be completed on the rescheduled date which it was. We had Total Comfort (owned and operated by Kevin Andrade) install a mini-split system and gas boiler/water heater in our home a little over a year ago. Since his installation, we have had to spend around $2,000 and countless hours of time to get the numerous issues fixed that resulted from his very shoddy and neglectful work, which he dismissed and refused to acknowledge and correct.
