Robert D was so kind and educational, as I have never had a swamp cooler before. He thoroughly serviced our cooler and explained every step of what we need to do for maintenance!
2022 - Super nice and helpful. Update as of 2026 --- Robert always comes out to service my cooler, every year. Always thorough and helpful. Will continue to use them. Recommended
Robert installed my system and his attention to detail is the best. As a OCD handyman that is saying alot few get through my inspections unscathed. Seriously Dara, Robert , and office Jackie have been my go to for all my HVAC needs. I've had a couple of warranty calls and they fixed the issues and covered the repairs. We have been using Total Comfort and Heating for about 7 years. Mike used to perform the maintenance on our furnace and air conditioner before he retired. Recently, Robert, his son who took over the business, provided service to our air conditioner. He cleaned our condenser and replaced our capacitor.
