We have used total comfort for servicing our air conditioning unit for going on our second year. Daniel C was my technician today. He was one of the best technicians we have ever had. He was exceptionally knowledgeable. He explained every thing he did and why he was doing each task. He then explained to me what I should be doing every month to make sure my unit runs efficiently! I called total comfort to let them know he is who I want coming to my home every 6 months. Total comfort is lucky to have Daniel C!
Hade a 1:30pm service call on 8/28 2025 no 30 minutes before coming still nothing from them to let me know what is going on in have a life too if you are going to be late all I ask is a call to let me know what is going on .but Not a phone call from my tech
Highly recommend Total Comfort for all of your AC unit needs. I have used them for years and they kept my 16 year old unit tuned up and in great working order. The time came to purchase a new AC unit and I am very happy with the entire process. Jon C. was wonderful to deal with and took the time to explain everything in the quote. Randall D. was the technician that installed the new unit and was also excellent! The entire process was very easy from start to finish. I will continue to be a loyal customer!
We are very disappointed with Total Comfort. AC unit that they previously installed stopped working. 103 heat index outside. They said they couldn't get to us for 6 more days. A hurricane was forming at the time so we couldn't risk waiting around for Total Comfort. Called a different company and they immediately prioritized us and came out within 30 minutes to fix the problem.
