I had an issue with my ac unit this weekend and called the 24 hour line. It was a silly mistake of me trying to change my own thermostat and causing the control board to stop working. Brian called me back less than 30 min later to help figure out what could be wrong. He gave me advice on what to try before needing him to come assist.
