Upon my housesitters recommendation I have used Joe, from Total Comfort, for many years. I always assumed that his work was up to par until I called another company that had to replace the coil in the unit. There was a leak which rusted the part. Although it was under warranty, the labor was not. The new company took pictures of the shoddy work that I was left with.
