Joe was very professional. Spotted a problem with how the drain was set up. Fixed it quickly. Explained about the batteries in our thermostat.

Ashton and Jeremy did a fabulous install of new HVAC unit! Dan was at my house within one hour of my initial call, and our new unit was installed and running six days later. I just wanted to share what a terrible experience this company has provided. From Jason who deals with the contractors to the morons they've sent here for installation, terrible. Additionally I was quoted for a Carrier mini split and was switched to a Mitsubishi without my consent. This was why I called Jason, because my GC wouldn't stand up for us. Had yearly maintenance of AC system completed by John and Ken yesterday. Those 2 technicians we VERY thorough and professional. John was training Ken and if that is the quality of technicians they hire to do the training- then they should be proud of John and know he is training them right!!!!
