Now that we've been in our new house over a year, I was glad to sign a contract with Total Comfort to provide maintenance and service for our HVAC system. We have had Total Comfort provide our cooling and heating service needs here in Florida for our 2 previous homes and welcome them now in our third Florida home. They knew our A/C wasn't working & that it had shut off. The man had to be told to check the freeon & he found it was leaking. He could not fix it because he said he had other calls to make. The price for the work was very expensive because the repair was not fixed. I assumed that the A/C would be fixed and no more charges. I am not too pleased about this. My husband had to tell the man to check the coolant in the A/C unit. The repair man should have checked it not waiting for my husband to tell him.

The technician arrived a bit earlier than the appointment time, went right to work and got the job done and tested. He was very polite and appeared to be knowledgeable.
