Not reliable. I had a simple appointment for a maintenance on boiler. I scheduled for the fall special but they just kept calling to reschedule. 3 times a charm. I'm moving on.
Had a problem with our Rheam water heater. Nothing major they installed it less than a year ago. picked up the phone and called Mehgan who sent a tech out. Josh showed up at the time scheduled, troubleshot the issue and replaced a minor part. Everybody that I've had contact with from Total Climate Control is very personable and professional. Bottom line: poor customer service and shoddy work. Was referred by Home Depot like many other review writers. After installing an A/C unit for us, it stopped working within several days. I contacted them to have it fixed and they sent a technician who told me there was a coolant leak responsible. When I mentioned TCC had installed it, the technician gave me serious attitude and said he didn’t know when it could be fixed.
