Bottom line: poor customer service and shoddy work. Was referred by Home Depot like many other review writers. After installing an A/C unit for us, it stopped working within several days. I contacted them to have it fixed and they sent a technician who told me there was a coolant leak responsible. When I mentioned TCC had installed it, the technician gave me serious attitude and said he didn’t know when it could be fixed. We had TCC do a dishwasher and stove install. The initial customer service person was helpful. We got a call the day of the stove install and the appt was canceled due to staffing issue. The tech on the next appt was very courteous, skilled and conscientious. He could not find the brackets to mount the dishwasher and made an attempt to get others without success. I had TCC install a new hot water heater, AC unit and a new furnace. The salesman, Chris Walker was honest, did not try to sell me anything I did not need and answered my questions. There were 3 techs here that did the installations. Steve did the hot water heater yesterday. Tony and Josh did the furnace and AC in 2 days. I am very happy with the job they did. Also felt comfortable with them, asking them questions, etc. They were very good, updating my 30 year old units. I would absolutely reccomend them to my friends.
Professional service and prompt response time. The overall experience was a positive one and I would highly recommend this company to anyone. The contractor was named Josh Stewart and he was considerate, and overall an asset to the company in my opinion.
