Once again this year we had TCC out to clean and service our chimney and fire place insert. They were top notch professionals who were able to answer all of my questions about how my wood burning practices were going. It appears that their guidance has paid off, after having burned over 5-cord of wood, the chimney was not over loaded with build up. once again the knowledge they have in this "Top Notch". first time using this company,oil company works with them.these two pros were great at their job,very detailed in cleaning and cleaning up!!! they was also knowledgeable and helpful with answering all my questions about the service. i thought the pricing for the chimney caps was a tad bit high however i always spend my money where i feel comfortable,regardless of price. i would definetely recomend this company to anyone looking for chimney cleaning services,u get what u pay for!!
Completely satisfied with Nick D. who handled the service call on my stove. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and fixed the loose fitting. He and his helper were neat, professional and respectful of my home. Would highly recommend Total Chimney.
We found this company via web search and booked a time to get our chimney cleaned/inspected. We recently bought the house and hadn't realized how long it had been since the chimney was cleaned. The technicians found much more than we expected, took care of everything and were very fair on price. I will definitely give them my business in the future.

Total Chimney went out of their way to schedule a time that worked into my busy schedule. The field techs were knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and professional. They came to inspect and give an estimate for chimney issues identified in an inspection report done by a prospective buyer. The work that was needed ended up being minor and they attended to it on the spot.
