First visit they wouldn’t look at everything on the authorization form only looked at one of the injured body parts. Went to urgent care in the afternoon due to pain. work sent me back so they can look at 2nd injured body part as it was originally authorized. When I went back they said it would be a follow up since we were adding body parts? Shouldn’t be additional since it was on the authorization the first day.So they scheduled me an appointment for the next day I’ve been here two hours still waiting to be seen by doc.

The entire staff is outstanding,friendly, service, smiles, and knowledgeable... usually you will be attended promptly unless it really busy.. but that's to be expected in any medical setting. And their office can assist you with most needs DOT physical exams, Physical therapy, work injury care..ect.. I dont give five stars to anyone because there's always room for improvement. My reviews are my honest opinion. I always encourage that you find out for yourself. Never take someone's word as truth!

great experience! I was in & out quickly for an employment drug screen. Briana was incredibly sweet and helpful, thank you!
