Totel care & wellness is the best pain doctor in Miami and the workers are so sweet...
Best sweetest most professional lovely receptionists and Raquel and Vanessa,very polite staff,always courteous .And the Doctor is as thorough and professional as they come.
These people are so rude and unprofessional on the phone. Non helpful and heartless. The receptionist VANESSA was so unprofessional, I don't understand how they have people like her working there. They're priority is definite not the patients well being. They're just a number.
